What is Seichim?
Seichem (pronounced Say keem or Say sheem)is an advancement on conventional Reiki. Reiki initiations or attunements raise a person’s vibrational level and give them a clearer access to the healing energies. Seichem attunements open people up even more. Seichem originates from the same source as Reiki and is considered to be the largest vehicle of the elemental healing rays. The 4 rays are Earth, Air, Fire & Water.
Each ray possesses its own properties and can greatly improve one’s healing skills and psychic abilities.Seichem brings in the healing rays of the elements and sacred attunements to this energy which allow the healer to channel this to their clients. Seichem is an expanded version of Reiki which allows more energy to be channelled Seichem allows us to work with the elemental energies of Earth, Fire, Water and Air and thus with the devas, elementals and angels more fully.
Seichim is an ancient and sacred form of hands on healing and is said to be the Parent Energy of all hands on healing systems. It was rediscovered in the early 1980's by an American Reiki Master, Patrick Zeigler who prayed, meditated and fasted to be empowered, much the same way that Dr Usui did when he rediscovered Reiki. As confirmation of what he had been given, Patrick later met Marat an old Seichim Teacher from southern India, who passed on to him the history of Seichim as it has been handed down to him by his teachers and to them by their teachers.
Marat told of how Seichim originally came from Egypt. It was translated and transcribed from heiroglyphs by the Shin Yon Buddhist; of that time and taken back to India and Japan. Seichim is the Energy of the Universe manifested through the feminine vibration of the Mother Goddess, known by the Buddhists as Quan Yin and by the Egyptians as Sekmet In ancient Egypt Sekmet was considered to be the Mother of the Gods and was known as The Great One of Healing. Her magician-priests were the greatest of all healers and her son, Nefar-Tem, the God of Physicians. In ancient Egypt the term "Sekhem" described 'Tower" or "Might" and so Seichim Energy also contains aspects which we do not necessarily associate with the feminine and which are more traditionally male characteristics, so it therefore incorporates both yin and yang, or perfect balance and this balance is the key to progress and enlightenment.
Seichim is a beautiful way of accessing the energy of the Great Mother and a path to deeper self-realisation/empowerment It balances and realigns the yin-female aspect of our being on all levels, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual and is an effective energy which can assist in dealing with many female health problems such as infertility, hormonal imbalances, PMT & menstrual or menopausal problems It also re-adjusts imbalances on deeper levels of the psyche such as lack of self-esteem, the need for/lack of nurturing and especially self-empowerment and love.
Seichim takes you back to the very core of your being, enfolding you in the nurturing and healing energy of the Goddess and assisting you to re-establish your contact with the timeless and secret wisdom of the Great Mother, which is the birth right of every woman, wisdom that has not been properly acknowledged for so long in our overly male orientated society.
Seichim is not about power or dominance, one over another, it is about balance, harmony and unconditional love, for this is the only path to true enlightenment and spiritual unfoldment Seichim is a potent energy and must be approached with respect and in a state of unconditional love It cannot be entered into lightly, nor in an egotistical way and people must be prepared to put in time, patience and dedication if they wish to take this step and must clearly understand that their lives will never be the same again once they have been initiated to Seichim energy Seichim is not for the faint hearted but the journey is exquisite once you have taken the step.
